• It is best to start with the on-line version of the original bill using the Maryland General Assembly Department of Legislative Services site
  • This page allows you to search for bills and laws and describes each bill and lists a variety of attached documents including the amendments to the bill. 
• Consult “The 90 Day Report” which is an overview of the major issues for each year’s legislative session.
