The cases section contains links to primary cases on juvenile lifers, including Supreme Court and Maryland Court of Appeals decisions. The statutes section includes links to the Maryland Code on Corrections. The Regulations section includes links to the sections of the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) that relate to sentencing, probation and parole.
