Eagle Access Course Materials Program *NEW for 2025

AU is excited to share the launch of the Eagle Access Program in partnership with Follett, AU’s Campus Store, starting this Fall 2025. This innovative program provides all required course materials for a flat fee and has the potential to benefit our students by saving them both time and money.

HOW IT WORKS With this program, digital materials will be automatically available in Canvas, and physical materials will be conveniently prepared for students at the Campus Store.
YOUR OPTIONS We encourage you to consider participating in this program, which is entirely optional for both faculty and students. You will see in our WCL course adoption form an option to select whether or not you would like to participate in the Eagle Access Program. (Note: do not be dissuaded from participating by the fact that the university’s priority deadline of May 15 has already passed—they will continue to accept your participation in the Eagle Access Program).
GETTING STARTED

Additionally, please note that to participate in the Eagle Access Program, at WCL all you need to do is fill out the WCL textbook adoption form linked above (and again here) and select “Yes” in the designated box, indicating that you would like to participate in the program.

FASS will convey that information to the main campus. You do not need to separately fill out the Eagle Access Program form provided by main campus.

Also, even if you have already filled out the main campus form, please be sure to fill out our WCL textbook adoption form as well.
