Protecting Reproductive Rights: Home

On June 24, 2022 the Supreme Court of the United States struck down the landmark decision Roe v. Wade effectively ending women's right to legal abortion.

This resource guide is intended to provide context to the recent Supreme Court Decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization which overturned Roe v. Wade, effectively ending the Constitutional Right to an abortion in the United States. We hope the guide will provide useful jumping off points for future legal scholarship in the area of reproductive rights and justice.
