AUWCL Orientation 2024

Pre-Orientation Week Activities

First Gen Friday

This one-day pre-orientation event is designed for students who self-identify as first-generation college student and/or first-generation law students. The event aims to build community and connect you with tools and resources for academic and professional success. Get ready for a fun, social, and interactive day of events to welcome you to AUWCL! The event is hosted by the First Gen Coalition (representatives from the Office of the Dean; Office of Academic Excellence; Office of Student Affairs; Office of Career and Professional Development, Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Affinity Relations) and AUWCL's ADVANCE student organization. IMBY (In My Backyard)

IMBY is a celebration of everything good in our community and a chance to be part of positive work being done at various organizations all over the District. IMBY sets the tone for the spirit of public service and community involvement that pervades at AUWCL.
